The recruitment fee covers the entire hiring process, including:

What happens if the selected candidate does not meet expectations during the guarantee period?
If a hired candidate leaves or does not meet performance expectations within the guarantee period, Interfell will conduct a new search at no additional cost. This one-time replacement guarantee ensures you find the right fit for your team.
How long is the guarantee period?
The standard guarantee period is 60 days from the candidate’s start date. During this time, we provide onboarding support and ensure a smooth transition into your team.
What is Interfell’s role in the candidate onboarding process?
Interfell offers hands-on support during the onboarding phase, particularly within the guarantee period. We assist with:

✔ Addressing any concerns related to performance or team alignment.
✔ Providing ongoing communication to facilitate adaptation.

- Initial shortlisted candidates are presented within 1 to 2 weeks after the search begins.
- For highly specialized positions, this may take longer, depending on market conditions.
What happens if I want to hire more than one candidate?
If you decide to hire multiple candidates from the presented shortlist, an additional recruitment fee of 12.5% of the annual salary will apply per extra hire.
What payment methods do you accept for the recruitment fee?
We accept various payment methods, including:
