ABOUT THE PROJECT/COMPANY

1. Our client is an early-stage digital banking startup founded by award-winning fintech venture capitalists & entrepreneurs. After recently closing their Pre-Series A round – They are now gearing up to officially launch in Q1/ Q2 of 2021. They are actively growing their team and opening various internal departments from the ground up. They are looking for a fintech-minded Product Lead to help them deliver a seamless & intuitive banking experience for their second product offering,

To Do – (Activities)

1. Write product requirements and use scenarios, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both the required technology and market needs
2. Define user personas for Clients and Suppliers
3. Maintain and drive the product roadmap ensuring that the roadmap is up-to-date and communicated to the wider business
4. Manage and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives, features, and stories to ensure they provide the most value
5. Write market requirements documents
6. Be the customer-first voice of the market within the development and design teams.
7. Act as Product Owner within the agile team
8. Run design-sprints with UX designers working on interaction design for POCs and prototypes
9. Mockups, wireframes, and input into design prototypes
10. Able to work with management in order to prioritize the importance of different initiatives and CM requests brought forward by the different stakeholders around the business.
11. Drive, by liaising with BAs and development team discovery and feasibility tasks for product opportunities.
12. Own final sign-off of UAT by working with the QA team
13. Strong stakeholder management – you must be able to build good relationships with business and technical client users of varying levels of seniority
14. Working across a cross-functional team

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

1. Experience: 3 years plus experience as a technical product manager or similar role and At least 2 years of experience working within a fintech startup.
2. Profession: Product lead
3. Experience level: Asocciate – Mid Senior

Required Technical Skills:

1. Knowledge of and/or a passion for AML, KYC Compliance; cryptocurrencies.
2. Experience in all stages of Product Development from inception, requirements, design, development, testing and go-to-market
3. Experience in building sophisticated technical solutions within an agile software development environment
4. Have a strong technical knowledge of software development, multi-platform, APIs and user experience design
5. Experience of working with a cross-section of business and technical teams
